Emphasis will be on mentoring colleagues and ensuring timely and accurate filing of documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and incorporate Nova Scotia and Federal entities
- Prepare routine resolutions and corporate documents
- Maintain and review corporate minute books
- Attend to due diligence requests
- Support track and compliance matters
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate paralegal role
- Strong technical skills in MS Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Experience with Athennian is beneficial
