Procurement Process Manager at Equinix

Drive procurement efficiencies as a Procurement Manager at Equinix in a hybrid Toronto role. Focus on policy management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. As the Procurement Governance & Enablement Manager, you will oversee daily operations related to procurement processes, support the VP with strategic initiatives, and document critical policies. Your ability to produce clear materials and engage stakeholders will be essential for promoting streamlined procurement operations. Experience with tools like SharePoint, Confluence, and relevant procurement platforms is a must. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and supervise procurement policy documentation
- Create and manage process design documents and workflows
- Enhance the procurement intranet as a knowledge source
- Assist the VP with governance activities and presentations
- Act as a resource for procurement policy across teams
- Experience in procurement operations or governance is essential
- Strong written communication and documentation capabilities
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools like Confluence
- Proficient in procurement tools such as Coupa or SAP Ariba
- Experience in a transformation environment preferred
