In this individual contributor position on the Digital Workplace Experience & Design team, you will define and maintain AV platform strategies for Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. With your experience, you will directly impact the quality of collaboration technologies across thousands of distributed audio-visual spaces. You’ll partner with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of innovative solutions, setting the stage for high-quality experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain AV room standards for optimal collaboration
• Create a comprehensive remote management strategy
• Guide and evaluate AV hardware selections for enterprise needs
• Monitor audio and video quality benchmarks proactively
