This position focuses on supporting the Lead-to-Cash transformation by executing the Case Platform's vision. Your role will be pivotal in shaping case domain solutions that facilitate seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog
- Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Engage in scrum ceremonies to represent product vision
- Communicate with stakeholders to validate business needs
- Oversee testing procedures aligned with acceptance criteria
- 3+ years in a Product Owner or Analyst position
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud features
- Experience in agile methodologies and backlog management
- Proven track record of writing user-centric stories
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
