Your strong communication skills will be essential for building relationships and ensuring user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison for CitcoOne user feedback
- Define new feature scopes and manage enhancements
- Collaborate with design and development teams
- Write and validate user stories
- Provide local/global support for users
- 2-3 years of Agile and application development experience
- 3-5 years managing projects with financial focus
- Strong skills in data and change management
- Excellent communication in English
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
