Product Owner for RnD Decision Fabric

Shape the future of medicine as a Digital R&D Decision Fabric Product Owner at Sanofi in Toronto, ON. Lead AI-driven workflows and optimize decision-making processes in R&D. In this hybrid role, oversee the product vision for the R&D Decision Fabric while collaborating with architecture and AI teams. Drive the adoption of agentic workflows and decision management systems, ensuring seamless integration with data structures to support R&D initiatives. Your leadership will strengthen governance practices and maximize the effectiveness of cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product vision and roadmap for the decision fabric
• Define agent capabilities and functional workflows
• Champion best practices for decision fabric adoption
• Maintain inventory of agents and workflows for discoverability
• Drive cross-R&D governance and prioritization efforts Requirements:
• MS in Business, Science, or related field
• 10+ years in digital product management
• Experience scaling agentic AI workflows
• Familiarity with MCP server design and standards
• Strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills Harness your expertise in product management and AI to transform decision-making across Sanofi's R&D landscape.
