Key Responsibilities:
- Diriger et contrôler les opérations quotidiennes
- Évaluer les performances et ajuster les opérations
- Planifier et organiser le travail du personnel
- Recruter et superviser le personnel de boucherie
- Résoudre les problèmes et gérer les plaintes des clients
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de rayon
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
- Flexibilité et souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement sous pression
