Program Team Leader Role in Calgary

- Manage day-to-day operations of the program area
- Recruit and evaluate front-line staff performance
- Implement case management per policies and liaise with communities
- Support staff through regular supervision and training
- Ensure program facilities are maintained to high standards
- Diploma in Social Sciences or related preferred
- At least four years' experience with youth and families
- Proven leadership and staff management skills
- Full class 5 driver's license with insurance
- Strong focus on health and safety practices
