Technical Leader - Platform Engineering Calgary

Shape the future of retail software by leading technical initiatives for Store and POS platforms. As a Technical Leader, you’ll enhance engineering practices while mentoring a talented tech team. In this role, you will oversee the design and development of powerful software solutions that streamline store operations. Guiding your team through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementing clean architecture are core aspects of your responsibilities. You’ll act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into solid engineering strategies.

Requirements
- Proven background in full‑stack software development
