Gorgias Enterprise Ai Solutions Manager

Lead the shift to Conversational Commerce as an Enterprise AI Solutions Manager at Gorgias. Manage client relationships and optimize AI workflows for e-commerce brands in this strategic role.
In this position, you will oversee a portfolio of around 65 e-commerce clients, guiding them through the adoption of Gorgias features and AI capabilities. Your expertise in account management and understanding of customer operations will enhance their experience, driving efficiency and long-term success. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships and check-ins with key stakeholders - Analyze support workflows and recommend AI enhancements - Monitor account health and prevent churn proactively - Drive feature adoption and implement automation solutions - Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve outcomes
Requirements: - 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management - Experience in a SaaS environment managing multiple clients - Strong communication and structured conversation skills - Experience with e-commerce brands is a plus - Motivated to leverage AI tools for better client experiences
