Enterprise Ai Strategy Senior Manager

Enterprise AI strategy and executive influence define this Senior Manager role at the City of Brampton, based at City Hall five days weekly.Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will develop Brampton’s AI roadmap and secure executive approval. The role connects business, IT, and Digital Enablement teams while advancing AI literacy, adoption, governance, security, privacy, and ethical practices. It delivers through cross-functional influence without direct reports initially.Key Responsibilities:
Develop enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and compelling business casesPresent complex AI concepts to the CIO and executivesLead organizational change, AI literacy, and employee adoptionPartner across business, IT, and Digital Enablement teamsEstablish governance, risk controls, and responsible AI practicesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related disciplineGlobally recognized AI certification or certificationsThree to five years in senior advisory or consulting rolesThree to five years in AI/ML or digital transformationFive to ten years engaging senior leadership at executive levelsApply enterprise strategy, executive communication, and responsible AI expertise to improve public services across Brampton.
