In this role, you will drive impactful engagements using Agentforce technology. Working closely with clients, you’ll architect and deliver compelling AI solutions that enhance workflows and customer experiences. Your expertise in rapid prototyping and technical solutioning will directly contribute to client success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Rapidly construct agentic solutions tailored to client needs - Lead recurring technical client meetings to ensure alignment - Connect AI solutions to strategic business metrics - Identify and resolve bottlenecks in delivery processes - Convert client insights into reusable solution assets
Requirements: - 4+ years in technical solutions or consulting roles - 2+ years experience with Agentforce or similar AI architectures - Active Salesforce accreditations preferred - Proven troubleshooting and prototyping skills - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
