Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the recycling and environmental services industry. This company is recognized for its strong market presence, commitment to sustainability, and continued growth across multiple business lines.
They are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and support hiring across various business units.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and candidate engagement
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles
- Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events while promoting its employer brand
Key Requirements
- 1–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience attracting talent in competitive markets
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmen
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing hiring managemen
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on candidate experience
