Digital Content Specialist
Carmens Group is looking for an artistic, technical and passionate Digital Content Specialist to join our Head Office team!
You will play a key role in planning and executing engaging digital content for a portfolio of premium food & hospitality brands. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter, a superb communicator and someone that thrives in a dynamic and growing work environment.

Y ou Will Have the Opportunity To:
- Design visually stunning graphics for print, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more
- Develop both static and video content for social media, including organic and paid ads
- Implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement
- Collaborate with our marketing team on campaign development and management
- Capture high-quality photographs at events
- Participate actively in our marketing calendar and initiatives
- Measure and analyze the results of marketing campaigns to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premier Pro
- Post Secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or Advertising
- Passion for industry, food & beverage experience/knowledge of hospitality industry considered an asset
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, great communication, sense of urgency and organizational skill
- An effective team player and able to work collaboratively and independently with venues and leadership
- Strong work ethic, team oriented, positive, and energetic with a great sense of humour!
