As the Head of Public Relations, you report directly to the Founder and CEO, collaborating closely with leadership at Thinkingbox and its sister agencies. Your responsibilities encompass developing innovative communication strategies, enhancing executive visibility, and securing major media coverage. This strategic role is vital in positioning us as industry leaders while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive PR strategies for multiple brands
- Build strong relationships with key media outlets
- Shape internal and external messaging to protect reputation
- Elevate agency talent through strategic thought leadership
- Develop protocols for crisis communication management
- Over 10 years in public relations or corporate communications
- Proven ability to generate earned media success
- Deep understanding of advertising and marketing landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Experience handling reputation management issues
