Full-Time Program Services Coordinator Role

Join The Salvation Army in Newmarket, Ontario, as a full-time Program Services Coordinator, focusing on community service and staff mentorship within an essential support framework. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor all Program Services staff effectively
• Monitor HIFIS data management for quality assurance
• Assist in developing and implementing program procedures
• Conduct training for caseworkers on policies and operations
• Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage Requirements:
• College degree in social services required
• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with homelessness and community resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR and first aid certification required Support individuals in their journey toward housing stability and community belonging through your role with The Salvation Army.
