Join a dynamic optometry team in East Gwillimbury, ON! This full-time position allows you to practice full-scope care and build strong patient relationships in a supportive environment. Ideal for licensed and experienced ODs, this role is situated within an optometrist-owned practice that prioritizes patient outcomes. Full testing assistance allows you to spend your time engaging with patients, promoting a quality care experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive eye exams and retail dispensing
- Execute full-scope optometric services and some primary care
- Develop lasting relationships with patients and team members
- Coordinate effectively with tech support and opticians
- Facilitate seamless patient care and service handoffs
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree is essential
- Active Optometry License in Ontario
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate, thorough patient care approach
- Entrepreneurial ambition for practice growth
