WORK SCHEDULE

• Permanent full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 100% on-site position; no remote work option available

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist the system administrator in managing domain controllers (account management, groups, server updates, GPOs, etc.)

· Assist the system administrator in managing Microsoft 365

· Provide users with IT support related to software, computer equipment, and the company’s network

· Ensure installation and proper functioning of equipment

· Handle incoming service requests using a ticketing system

· Provide support for servers and workstations

· Manage IT inventory and software licenses

· Perform physical repairs on equipment

PROFILE SOUGHT

· College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in IT, or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Level 2–3 technician

· Strong communication skills and customer-service oriented (internal clients)

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

· Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, IIS)

· Understanding of basic enterprise networking principles

· Knowledge of Active Directory

· Proficient with Windows 10 and 11 workstations

· Knowledge of print servers

· Experience installing and maintaining physical and virtual servers using VMWare (vSphere and vCenter)

· Knowledge of networking (IP addressing, switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius)

· Knowledge of HP desktops and servers (an asset)

· Knowledge of VMWare Horizon – VDI desktop virtualization technologies (an asset)

· Proactive work approach

· Functional English (basic verbal or written communication when needed)

· Valid driver’s license required
