Job Description

The Campaign Specialist is part of the marketing team and helps plan, coordinate, execute, and track marketing campaigns . The main purpose is to help generate leads and increase customer engagement. The person works closely with senior marketing employees and other internal teams.

What would they actually be doing?

• Helping develop and launch marketing campaigns.
• Creating and managing campaign materials/assets.
• Keeping track of timelines, deadlines, and deliverables .
• Helping determine the campaign's target audience, objectives, and messaging .
• Supporting lead-generation campaigns through email, social media, webinars, events, paid advertising and retargeting.
• Helping build lead-nurturing workflows to turn leads into customers.
• Monitoring campaign performance and KPIs .
• Conducting A/B testing and using results/data to improve campaigns.
• Communicating with internal teams and reporting campaign results to senior staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to campaign management and strategy.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to support multiple campaigns.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, and online advertising.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven campaign performance.
• Creative thinking abilities for supporting campaign strategy development.
• Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
