Senior Personal Banker in Brampton

Elevate customer relationships as a Senior Personal Banker in Brampton, Ontario. Leverage your expertise in home borrowing and financial planning to help customers achieve their financial goals. As a Senior Personal Banker at TD, you will focus on personal and commercial banking with an emphasis on home borrowing. This role requires deep knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending products as well as superior customer engagement skills. Your responsibilities include enhancing customer financial confidence through tailored advice and proactive outreach to foster lasting loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
• Create exceptional customer experiences focused on home borrowing advice
• Apply extensive knowledge of banking products and services
• Engage proactively with customers through calls and emails
• Maintain inviting common areas in the branch
• Support growth by attracting and retaining customers Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant banking experience
• High School diploma or related post-secondary degree preferred
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) Utilize your passion for customer service and financial expertise to drive growth at TD in Brampton.
