Summary
We are seeking a Chinese Admin to join our dynamic team at Connium Management Inc. This role is vital in supporting our operations by providing administrative assistance and exceptional customer service to our clients. The position is based in Canada and offers an opportunity to work within a professional environment dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently for property management
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in managing office communications, including phone systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and tenants.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Organize and maintain office files and records systematically.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
