Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin , possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle phone calls, emails, and written correspondence in both English and Mandarin
• Assist in preparing reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials
• Translate documents or facilitate communication between Mandarin and English-speaking parties when needed
• Coordinate meetings and events, including minute-taking and follow-ups
• Run personal and administrative errands on behalf of the executive
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
• Support business operations such as vendor coordination, filing, and expense tracking

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and a high level of discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a bilingual or multicultural work environment
• Familiarity with Chinese business culture is an asset
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.55-$39.10 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required
