About Us: We're a cutting-edge medical device manufacturer specializing in innovative aesthetic and cosmetic medicine solutions. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team!
Job Summary: We're looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales team, manage sales operations, and maintain accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate sales-related administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials
- Manage packaging and shipping of products, including lifting boxes up to 25 pounds
- Perform data entry, filing, and scanning as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, email, and CRM software
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (packing and shipping)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the medical device industry or a related field
- Having a reliable vehicle (own car) for occasional errands or deliveries
