Job Summary: We're looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales team, manage sales operations, and maintain accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Coordinate sales-related administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials
• Manage packaging and shipping of products, including lifting boxes up to 25 pounds
• Perform data entry, filing, and scanning as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, email, and CRM software
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (packing and shipping)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical device industry or a related field
• Having a reliable vehicle (own car) for occasional errands or deliveries
