Seniors Housing Development Director

Drive impactful transformation in seniors housing with Optima Living as the Director of Development. Focus on large-scale projects while leading cross-functional teams across Western Canada. - Manage multiple development projects across Western Canada
- Oversee all stages from design to operational handover
- Maintain comprehensive master schedules for developments
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement risk strategies to mitigate project impacts
- Minimum 7–10 years in real estate development or project management
- Proven expertise in large-scale project execution
- Knowledge in healthcare and seniors housing sectors
- Relevant degree in Construction Management or similar field
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
