Medical Office Assistant

Professional Medical Associates
Medical Office Assistant for a very busy, fast paced Medical Clinic with 3 GP's, 2 Nurse Practitioners and 2 Specialists.
Duties Include: - Maintain appointment schedules, tasks/imports by ElectronicMedical Records (Med Access).
- Answers enquiries by phone and in person in a helpful, respectful
and efficient manner.
- Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or
special tasks as required.
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked appropriately and ensures that they
are ready for the next patient.
- Cleans and sterilizes materials and instruments.
- Performs patient prep procedures and documents as needed.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficiency, accuracy, problem solving, and good judgement.
- Ensures patient confidentiality.
- Medical Terminology would be an assess.
