Restezzzy Mattresses is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence across Saskatchewan.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement. You will work closely with our team to create engaging campaigns that drive traffic, increase sales, and strengthen our reputation as one of Saskatoons top-rated mattress and sleep retailers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business
* Create engaging posts, reels, stories, blogs, and promotional content
* Run and monitor Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
* Respond to messages, comments, and online reviews professionally
* Help plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, giveaways, and grand opening events
* Capture in-store photos/videos and edit content for social media
* Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement performance
* Assist with SEO-focused website and blog content
* Coordinate marketing ideas with management and sales staff

Requirements:

* Experience in social media marketing and content creation
* Knowledge of Meta Ads, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
* Strong communication and creative skills
* Comfortable appearing on camera and filming content
* Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
* Photography/video editing skills are an asset
