Job Summary

As a Talent Advisor, you are a key driver of our corporate growth. We’re looking for someone who "gets" fashion and understands that building a world-class Head Office across Buying, Design, Marketing, or Finance requires more than just matching keywords on a resume. You will be the face of our corporate culture for our future talent, ensuring a premium candidate experience from initial contact to their first day in the office.

Working as a strategic partner to our department leads, you will determine hiring needs and be proactive in sourcing candidates. You’re a natural networker—spotting trends and finding the people who will help keep us ahead of the curve.

Main Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to conduct needs assessments and develop long-term workforce planning strategies;
• Find great people through LinkedIn, career portals, and social media. You know where to find creative talent and you aren't afraid to reach out;
• Maintain the integrity of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency;
• Ensure candidates are the right fit and work with the hiring teams on preparation and assessments;
• Be the main point of contact for applicants, ensuring consistent follow-ups;
• Work with the rest of the HR teams on projects and processes;
• Attend networking events, career fairs, and conferences to stay up to date and meet people in the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Fashion Business, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors;
• Advanced knowledge of ATS platforms and modern sourcing methodologies;
• Partner with our department leads to determine hiring needs and be proactive in sourcing candidates by spotting trends;
• Expertise in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates to find the perfect fit for our team;
• Comfortable talking to people, regardless of their level in or outside of the business;
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
