Job Responsibility:

Imago managers participate in the hiring and training of service staff, and when on duty, schedule and supervise their activities. They ensure that employee performance, dress, grooming and behavior conform to company policies and standards, and conduct periodic reviews of employee performance. Most importantly, your working hand in hand with each employee will ensure our guests return and our success.

When on duty, Imago managers assure the proper custody and control of cash, inventories, and supplies. They encourage health and safety awareness, participate in the performance of workplace inspections and do everything necessary to ensure the health and safety of employees and customers. They also perform a variety of administrative functions necessary for the effective and efficient running of the operation.
