Chronic Ink Tattoos Ltd. is one of Canada's leading tattoo shops. It is led by the motto: Tattoo is therapy for the soul. We began our journey a few years ago as a little-known studio in Markham and now we have grown into a reputable tattoo house employing some of the most passionate and talented tattoo artists around the world.
We pride ourselves on our family of tattoo artists who highly-skilled in the art of embodying the canonical and timeless essence of tattoos into custom masterpieces attuned to the artistic perception of our clients.
Our philosophy drives us to continuously re-think and redefine every part of what happens in our studio - defying compromise to seek perfection in both the genuineness of tattoo works and excellence in artistic skills. The ultimate goal is to provide the best authentic tattoos possible for our clients.
Constantly growing and always looking for outstanding talents, we now have a strong cohort of international and Canadian artists to our family, all specializing in Fine Line, Blackwork, Micro Realism, and/or Watercolour styles. As such, we are looking for a Front Desk Administrator. The ideal candidate would have at least one year experience in administration and customer service. There is currently one vacancy available at our Toronto location. Candidates with weekend availability are preferred.
We are currently only seeking Korean Speaking front desk staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phone in a timely fashion (within 3 rings)
- Determining client needs and responding appropriately
- Phone consultations
- Walk-in inquiries
- Appointment bookings
- Confirmation of appointments
- Rescheduling appointments
- Handling cancellations
- Piercing inquiries
