Strategic ITSM Director at RBC

Shape the future of IT service management at RBC as a Strategic ITSM Director. Lead compliance initiatives and enforce operational excellence organization-wide. This role involves spearheading ITSM practice standardization across RBC and affiliated firms. Working closely with operations teams and regulatory bodies will help ensure data quality and compliance with regulations. Your excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT risk frameworks will be indispensable in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster uniform ITSM adoption across all company sectors
- Collaborate with operations teams for process improvement
- Lead compliance representation with regulators and auditors
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance compliance
- Manage activities through senior management and teams
- Five or more years in core IT operations services
- Knowledge of IT Risk methodologies and standards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT security certifications
- Proven ability to influence senior management
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
