Take charge of operational strategies as the Director of Operations for an expanding consumer products company in Niagara Region, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on logistics, warehouse management, and business systems optimization. With over 10 years of relevant experience and a strong leadership background, you will oversee complex projects and mentor teams towards achieving operational goals. Your responsibilities will include improving warehouse efficiency, managing vendor relations, and ensuring smooth project implementation in alignment with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams in Warehouse, Logistics, and IT
- Implement and oversee strategic corporate projects
- Optimize processes for logistics and inventory management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Manage KPIs related to fulfillment and accuracy
- Minimum 10 years in operations or supply chain
- At least 7 years in leadership roles
- Proficient in ERP and WMS system management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
