• Act as primary contact for complex data issues
• Resolve functional errors to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct data quality assessments for system syncing
• Lead training activities and create user documentation
• Design and configure minor enhancements across modules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or technical field
• 5 to 8 years of experience with Kinaxis implementations
• Required Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 2 certification
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
