Key Responsibilities
- Direct mining engineering initiatives across various scales
- Mentor and coach junior and intermediate engineers
- Prepare mine development and production schedules
- Estimate capital and operating costs for projects
- Lead technical meetings with clients and subcontractors
Requirements
- 25+ years of experience in underground mining engineering
- Degree in Mining Engineering from accredited institution
- Knowledgeable of safety practices and backfill systems
- Proficiency with mining scheduling and simulation tools
- Ability to travel nationally or internationally
