Join BBA as a Mining Engineer and support mining operations in Canada and globally. Engage in open pit design, optimization, and collaborate with engineering teams across the nation. In this regular position, you will report to the Team Leader for Mining Engineering, assisting with various mining projects. Your tasks will revolve around block modeling, cost calculations, and the selection of underground mining methods. You will work closely with geologists and drilling teams to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities

Import block models and perform analyses Design and optimize open pit layouts Select underground mining methods and optimize stope designs Plan mines and schedule production effectively Liaise with clients on technical matters and present results Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mining engineering Minimum 2 years of relevant experience OIQ membership required Proficiency in mine design software, Minesight and Deswik preferred Advanced English and French language skills Leverage your expertise in mining operations and contribute to exciting projects at BBA.
