Your responsibility as a Regional Growth Leader will include oversight of client development efforts and strategic growth in the region. You will work closely with Sector Leaders and Business Center Practice Leaders to align on major campaigns and achieve market penetration. Your leadership will be essential in driving revenue growth through creative client capture strategies and collaboration with regional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client portfolios and strong client relationships
- Lead performance oversight for revenue and metrics
- Support and develop corporate campaign contributions
- Identify opportunities within regional markets
- Enhance collaboration between cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 15+ years' experience in AEC sectors
- Exceptional client service and leadership capabilities
- Solid understanding of market trends and opportunities
- Proven skills in business development and team coordination
- Qualified degree and registration preferred
