As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
As the successful candidate, you will be involved in:
- Preparation of monthly invoices for time and expense projects and ad hoc invoices for fixed price/milestone invoices
- Submitting client invoices through their online portals
- Liaising with internal project managers and other team members when necessary to ensure accurate invoices are issued to our clients in a timely manner
- Ensure project pricing is being setup properly for accurate revenue recognition and billing
You bring to the role:
- College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience using SAP
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic working knowledge of accounting
- Strong math, excel and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
