Lead Design Manager for Construction

Manage comprehensive design processes at Alberici Constructors as a Lead Design Manager. This position is essential for ensuring high-quality, compliant designs throughout project lifecycles. Alberici Constructors is searching for a Lead Design Manager to oversee the design phase of construction projects. In this role, you will work alongside project leaders to ensure all design activities align with project goals, budgets, and timelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating design documentation, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate design meetings during all stages of project lifecycle
- Coordinate documentation for project cost and risk assessments
- Ensure timely progress of design schedules and milestones
- Collaborate with estimating teams for budget management
- Prepare and manage change control processes
- Degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline
- Over 7 years of design management experience
- Familiarity with integrated delivery agreements
- Proven ability to work with project management software
- Minimum 2 years of construction field experience
