Senior Project Manager - Construction - Design Build General Contractor

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of ground-up new build construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a productive work environment.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to design-build principles and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports to update stakeholders on project status and performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Construction should have:

• Proven expertise in managing design-build projects within the industrial buildings general contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of general contractor operations and ground-up new build projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in Burlington.
