Senior Manager for Cold Storage Projects

Join ABL Direct as a Senior Project Manager, specializing in cold storage and pharmaceutical facilities. Utilize your experience to lead greenfield projects and ensure their successful delivery. This role requires overseeing multiple construction projects in a dynamic environment, focusing on budget management and coordination. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play an integral role in executing high-performance facilities for the food and pharmaceutical industries across North America. Your leadership will help guide teams and manage all aspects from pre-construction to close-out. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project phases from sales handover to final delivery
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines across projects
- Prepare scopes of work and tendering oversight
- Identify risks and enforce compliance with specifications
- Liaise with Site Superintendents to maintain project quality
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ICI project management
- Strong background in greenfield construction
- Relevant degree in Construction Management or similar
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and manual tools
