Job Title: Front desk clerk
Job Type: Part-timeShift: Evening
Stratford Motel is a welcoming and service-oriented hotel dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Clerk to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.
Tasks
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Assist clients/ guests with special needs
- provide customer service
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean and organized
Requirements:
- international people who has proper working visa, welcome to apply
- Secondary(high) school graduation diploma will required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
