Client-Focused Solution Consultant at Morningstar

Elevate client experiences as a Solution Consultant with Morningstar's Direct Platform team in North America. In this hybrid role, you'll drive client engagement from discovery to implementation. Morningstar seeks a knowledgeable Solution Consultant to support clients across North America. This role entails combining pre-sales solution design with seamless implementation, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey. You'll leverage your experience in financial services and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to understand client goals and challenges
- Lead discovery sessions and needs analysis for opportunities
- Develop product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals
- Own implementation from contract signing to go-live
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders and manage project risks
- Experience in financial services or investment industry
- Proven client-facing expertise in sales or implementation
- Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA is a plus
