In this permanent position, you will engage closely with clients, advisors, and consultants in the Retirement and Savings sector. By assessing operational needs and crafting implementation plans, your expertise will be instrumental in translating technology into actionable outcomes. Your ability to enhance client experience is crucial for maximizing the value clients derive from our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to identify their operational needs
- Act as the subject matter expert for digital tools
- Lead presentations and demos for client engagements
- Clarify implementation steps to clients effectively
- Gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles
- Strong communication skills for technical concepts
- In-depth understanding of platform capabilities
- Financial services experience is preferred
- Bilingualism is an asset for Quebec clients
