• Send approved notices and answer routine customer questions
• Record received items, reports, and previous shipment notices
• Route missing-parcel and charge disputes to specialists

Requirements:

• Customer service or office administration experience can transfer
• Comfort comparing item lists and shipment records
• Ability to explain confirmed and pending information clearly
• Accuracy when maintaining separate item-level statuses
• Private home office or equivalent space
