Our client is a well-established organization delivering large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across Ontario. They are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in North Bay and support project delivery from planning through to completion.
Your new role
As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project documentation, managing purchase orders and invoices, tracking project costs and budgets, supporting procurement activities, preparing project reports, monitoring progress against schedules, and ensuring accurate project records throughout the project life cycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of Project Coordinator, Construction Coordinator, Project Controls, or Project Administration experience
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, mining, engineering, utility, or capital projects
- Strong experience with project documentation, procurement, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and reporting
- Ability to work with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software
- Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, SAP, Oracle, or MS Project is considered an asset
