Innovative Training Facilitator Role Winnipeg

As Training Facilitator, your passion for helping others learn will be central to your success. This role involves delivering engaging training to both recent and existing employees, using various creative teaching strategies. You will monitor training progress and effectiveness, ensuring that our teams are equipped with necessary skills for success.
Key Responsibilities Conduct training for current hires and seasoned employees
Create and deliver effective training plans
Develop knowledge assessments for evaluation
Assist with quality assurance and provide coaching
Track and report on training outcomes and improvements
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Administration preferred
Minimum of 3 years in contact center roles is beneficial
Familiarity with adult learning principles and coaching techniques
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally to deliver training
