We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Direct Sales and Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while also providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales:

Identify and target potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Administrative Support:

Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.

• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and tracking shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or rugged equipment industry.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of office administrative experience.
