- Monitor team performance and provide personalized coaching
- Implement strategies for optimized productivity
- Develop and execute annual business plans
- Represent the Bank as an ambassador in the community
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years experience or Master’s with 5 years
- Proven experience in personnel management and coaching
- Strong commercial credit and business development skills
- Proficient in banking systems
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
