Join TELUS Health as an EAP Counsellor, providing short-term counselling for diverse clients. Deliver in-person support to enhance employee well-being within a flexible work environment. In this role, you will offer solution-focused counselling to employees and their families, assessing needs, setting goals, and developing action-oriented strategies. Working with a collaborative EAP team, you'll ensure clients receive confidential and high-quality care while maintaining professional standards and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solution-focused counselling to diverse clientele
- Assess client needs and establish personalized goals
- Develop individualized action plans for meaningful outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records per TELUS standards
- Collaborate with EAP team for seamless client care
- Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Registration in good standing with professional body
- Minimum 5 years post-Master's counselling experience
- Strong short-term goal setting and counselling skills
- Professionally maintained private office for sessions
