- Drive new sales through direct partnership with Business Development
- Train sales teams for effective product launches
- Position TELUS as a leading Wellbeing Prevention Partner
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients
- Transform customer insights into actionable sales strategies
- 3+ years in B2B sales or solutions selling
- Knowledge of EAP and employee wellness options
- Strong consultative and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
