EAP Network Behavioral Health Provider
ComPsych
Become an EAP Network Behavioral Health Provider with ComPsych and contribute to mental wellness in the workplace. Offer in-person counseling services to employees and their families. ComPsych is searching for licensed behavioral health clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide critical counseling services. This role focuses on delivering effective, short-term solutions to help employees tackle personal and work-related issues. Providers engage in face-to-face sessions that foster community support. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver client-centered counseling according to ComPsych’s EAP model
- Execute intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Provide solution-focused EAP sessions for various concerns
- Support clients dealing with workplace stress and other challenges
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation as per guidelines
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience after earning master’s
- Hold the highest level of professional accreditation
- Active professional liability insurance coverage when applicable
- Submit most recent resume or CV for consideration
